Year 6 SAT tests

These will take place on the week of 13th May 2024 in the mornings.  These will test, spelling, punctuation and grammar; reading and maths (Both Arithmetic and Reasoning).  See this website https://www.sats-papers.co.uk/2024-sats-papers/#2024-ks2-sats and Dojo for updates on how you can help your child with these tests.

Summer Term 1

Welcome back Y6! It's the beginning of your final term at Crawshawbooth!

This half term, we are learning about the circulatory system, creating some landscapes artwork, looking at renewable energy around the U.K. and making our own online safety animated videos!

We will also be going on our 10 Mile Hike Challenge at the end of May, so continue to collect your sponsors for this epic challenge! 

Finally, those SATs are fast approaching so we will continuing to prepare for these tests in May.

I have no doubt we are in for another exciting half term!

Our PE days are Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Please arrive to school in your PE kit:

Plain, dark tracksuit bottoms/Plain, dark shorts

Plain white t-shirt

Blue school jumper/cardigan/hoodie (no other hoodies)

No earrings
