Welcome back everyone! We have an exciting half-term ahead of us! We are studying The Viking and Anglo-Saxon Struggle in History, answering the enquiry question 'Is it fair to describe all Vikings as brutal invaders?'. In English, we will be reading Beowulf by Michael Morpurgo, looking writing a battle scene and Poetry with a focus on Kennings. In maths, we will be focusing on Place Value, Measurement and Statistics, Geometry, Addition and Subtraction and Multiplication. In Science, we will be learning about Animals, including humans: Health (Health, Exercise and Circulatory System), learning about God and the Trinity in RE and in Computing, we'll be coding our own quizzes.   We have a full PE afternoon on Thursday with our units being Cricket and Netball.
