Autumn term 1

Welcome back everyone. We have a busy term ahead. I am looking forward to getting to know all our new children over the next few weeks. This is what we can look forward to learning about in Autumn term 1.

English – We’ll be writing a Roman myth based on the story of Romulus and Remus.

Science – Our focus is parts of a plant.

History- Our enquiry question is 'What impact did the Romans have on Britain?'

RE – In Hinuduism, we will be learning about Rama and Sita and the festival of Diwali.

PE – We will be developing our fundamental skills and fitness.

Art– Mosaics

PSHE – Our topic is 'Me and My Relationships'.

Music – Ukulele

French - All our learning in French will be around early language skills, basic pronunciation and grammar.

We’re looking forward to a half-term full of exciting, hands-on learning!
