    We’re excited to begin the year with our new Before & After School Club provision, now supported by the SCOpay online booking and payment system. Thank you for your patience as we’ve embedded this new system—it’s designed to give you greater flexibility and control over your childcare arrangements.

    Our friendly and experienced staff are here to ensure your child enjoys a safe, happy, and enriching experience:

    🧸 Our Mission

    We aim to provide wraparound care in a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can play, relax, and grow. Our club supports children’s social, emotional, and physical development, while offering parents a convenient and flexible childcare solution.

    🕒 Opening Times

    • Breakfast Club: 7:00am – 8:40am
    • After School Club: 3:15pm – 5:50pm

    🍽️ Food & Snacks

    • Breakfast includes a selection of cereals and toast.
    • After School Snacks vary daily and may include crumpets, pancakes, sandwich wraps, fruit, cheese & crackers, or biscuits.
    • Water is always available.
    • All food is included in the session price.

    🎨 Play & Activities

    We offer a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities to encourage creativity, learning, and fun:

    • Indoor: board games, construction toys, arts & crafts
    • Outdoor: daily play on the lower junior playground (weather permitting)
    • Quiet areas are available for reading or homework

    🛡️ Health & Safety

    Children are expected to follow club rules designed to keep everyone safe and happy. These rules align with our school’s policies and are in place to protect all attendees.

    👏 Behaviour & Conduct

    We foster a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, underpinned by a clear code of conduct. Children are expected to show respect for others, staff, and equipment. Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will be addressed in line with the school’s Behaviour Policy (available from the school office).

    💳 Fees & Payment

    Payments should be made in advance or on the first day of attendance via the SCOpay app. If you use tax-free childcare vouchers, please contact the school office for guidance.

    • Breakfast Club: £6.00 per session
    • After School Club: £8.00 per session
    • Combined Before & After School: £12.50 per session

    🤒 Sickness & Allergies

    • Children with infectious illnesses should stay home until symptoms clear, in line with the school’s absence policy.
    • If your child becomes unwell during a session, we will contact you immediately.
    • Please inform staff of any dietary requirements or allergies—alternative snacks can be provided.

    📵 Valuables & Electronics

    Children should not bring valuables or electronic devices to the club. The school cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged items.
